Programs

One of the greatest calls of every church is to proclaim the name of Christ to the world. Kimmels Church understands the importance of sharing the gospel and our faith with others.

We help our church family understand that sharing the Good News is more than just an activity that the church does as a whole. We encourage our people to be active in personally sharing their faith with those in their sphere of influence. We are to be living lives that bring people to the place where they ask what is different about us.

Vacation Bible School

Kids PK - 6th grade

Thanks to all who attended our 2026 VBS week this July. We had a total of 167 kids registered this year - all had a great time discovering the wonder of Jesus, singing songs, making a great craft, playing fun games, exploring exciting science experiments, and most importantly, learning about who Jesus is. Our kids went on a wonderful journey to Emerald Crossing where every stop along their path they learned about the Good Shepherd and how he cares for his sheep. Mark your calendars now for our 2027 VBS Week: Spy U: Uncovering Counterfeits, Discovering the One True God on July 19-23 from 6-8:30.

Samaritan's Purse

Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Campaign

The world's largest Christmas project of its kind, Operation Christmas Child uses gift-filled shoeboxes to demonstrate God's love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Kimmels Church has been a proud supporter of this program for several years and we are hoping to make this our best year yet. Empty boxes will be available in our outer foyer the first week of October. This year's national collection week is November 16-22. For additional information, please click here.
